RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We hope you love your purchase from Inverness Pram Centre but if you change your mind, you have 28 days from receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached

• Please include your order number, name, address, and reason for return

• Returns are at your own cost unless the item is faulty
  

Please note:

• Original delivery charges (on orders under £75) are non-refundable

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

• We do not accept returns on:

  • Special order items not normally stocked

  • Made-to-measure mattresses

  • Underwear, Breast Pumps etc
    

FAULTY ITEMS & WARRANTY

All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

• Faults within 28 days: We'll exchange the item

• Faults after 28 days: The item will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion

• Proof of purchase is required for all claims

If accidental damage occurs, we may be able to offer a repair at a small charge.
